The Route 26 section of Newry consists of spectacularMountains, rivers, and streams. The area is dotted with scenic valleys and Mountains and supports several farms. Several quarries, which have yielded many types of rocks and minerals for which the area is quite well known also cover the area. The Bear and Sunday Rivers both run through Newry. Their swimming holes provide a wonderful way to cool down on a hot summer day!
