Professional River Runners offers daily guided whitewater rafting adventures April - October on the Kennebec, Penobscot & Dead Rivers in central Maine! Our family friendly activities vary from mild to wild and accommodate all ability levels. Half day, full day and extended day trips are available. The minimum age is only 8 so there's an outdoor adventure for everyone!

All trips include: river equipment, local river transportation, full BBQ lunch, licensed guide, snack, slide and/or video show of your day's trip, self-bailing rafts and VIP treatment. Trips generally run from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Transportation from the Sunday River area to our river check-in can be arranged! Call for details.

The 2-Day Wilderness Overnight Trip is our guest's favorite! It combines two days of whitewater fun and a night camping out in the remote woods of Maine. This trip is set in the pristine wilderness of Maine with towering mountains and flaming red sunsets as the backdrop. We provide all camping equipment and meals (including a Maine lobster bake with old fashioned hand-cranked ice cream). Located lakeside, with the cry of the loon at hand, this trip is the ultimate in pampered camping!

Camping, cabin tents and local lodging facilities are available. Our campgrounds are located beside the river with full bathroom facilities. All river activities require advance reservations. Please call for more details.
